Commercial Security Systems in The Bronx, NY

I was lucky to have found Simon Security Systems online, Jose is extremely knowledgeable and resolved all issues that I was having. Jose is responsive and is someone that you can count on.

Jose was absolutely wonderful. He walked us through all our options at the consultation and helped us pick what best suited our needs/budget. He installed everything flawlessly and provided support afterwards (on how to use the equipment, change various settings, etc.) He and his team were remarkably responsive, efficient, and friendly and the equipment Jose suggested was perfect for what we were looking for. I’d recommend him without any hesitation!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Simon Security! They were fast, very communicative, and offered relatively superior security technology vs. other local competitors in the area. Jose, whom I believe is the owner, was fantastic. I’d certainly work with them again.

Used Jose from Simon Security to install a new updated video system. So important to have an overall plan to keep our customers and families safe. Did a professional job with the “human” touch that went a long way.

Simply the best!!

This company has amazing pricing and expert installation. And customer service that is exceptional.

Outstanding Service

Couldn’t be any more happier with Simon Security. They are professionals through and through and the peace of mind the cameras bring to the home is priceless. Highly recommended.

Short version, original installer of the security system was paid in full. I was playing text and phone tag with original installer. I needed him to reset the system for a new manager. I wasted more time moving my schedule around to fit the original flake of an installer. I gave up and called Simon Security. The problem was fixed and I went on with my life.

We hired Simon Security for both an upgrade and to add new equipment to an old system for our senior facility.. Jose was friendly, informative and very fair with pricing. He completed the job very quickly and was very neat, leaving a clean professional looking job when he was done. He was never too busy to talk about what we were doing and made several return trips to help us with follow up questions. We will definitely use him again as we continue to upgrade and add new equipment to our system. Thanks for a great job Jose, I’ll be sure to recommend you anytime I can!👍🙏
